How do you price your products?
Our pricing is competitive and reflects the high quality of our products and services. To receive a quote, please contact us with the details of your project. Once we review your requirements, we will provide tailored product options and solutions. Final pricing depends on project size, complexity, delivery timeline, and selected products or services.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our products are manufactured in Turkey. Some production facilities are owned by us or our partners, while others are operated by long-term, trusted manufacturing collaborators.
How much are the customs duties?
Customs duties vary by product category. However, tariffs on Turkish goods imposed by U.S. trade authorities are generally among the lowest in the sector.
For example:
Quartz surfaces: ADD (Anti-Dumping Duty): 5.17%, CVD (Countervailing Duty): 2.43%.
An additional 15% reciprocal tariff was recently issued, which is the lowest among others in the industry.
What is your production time?
Production lead times depend on the size and complexity of the project, typically ranging from 3 to 8 weeks.
How long does shipping to U.S. ports take?
East Coast: Approximately 3–4 weeks
West Coast: Approximately 4–5 weeks.
Can you deliver the products directly to our construction site?
We are preparing to offer direct-to-site delivery soon. Our goal is to use the most efficient and cost-effective logistics channels to deliver your orders right to your job site at a reasonable price.
Do you offer turnkey solutions, including installation?
Not at the moment—but we plan to launch turnkey service packages, including installation, in the near future.
What is the ordering process?
We carefully review all technical and design aspects of your project. Our team offers recommendations to ensure the best aesthetic and functional results. Once you’ve selected the product and confirmed the necessary details, we finalize the pricing. Your order is then scheduled for production, and we keep you informed at every stage of the process.
How are the products packaged?
Our products are packaged to ensure safe handling during loading, shipping, unloading, and on-site storage. All wood used in packaging is certified, kiln-dried, and undergoes fumigation treatments before shipment to meet international shipping standards.
What types of businesses do you serve?
We work exclusively with B2B clients, including retailers, contractors, interior designers, builders, and remodeling companies. If you’re in the kitchen and bath industry, we are here to be your reliable supply partner.
Can I request product samples?
Yes! We can provide samples of our quartz surfaces upon request. This helps you make informed decisions and present options to your clients.
Do you offer custom design or size options?

Do you maintain stock in the U.S.?
Currently, we fulfill orders through direct shipments from Türkiye, but we are working toward establishing U.S.-based inventory to improve lead times and availability for high-demand products.
